The Demand Draft is to be prepared only from the buyer’s own account & duly signed buyer affidavit must be deposited before lifting the vehicle. 2. All formalities related to release of the vehicle from Police Station/SP Office , including submission and collection of documents, shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer. 3. Buyer Affidavit to be prepared on Rupees 100/- stamp paper which should be duly notarized. 4. Releasing the vehicle under the Superdari process needs to be initiated. The release shall be managed by the buyer themselves , who will take responsibility for completing all required documents. 5. All documentation and ownership transfer formalities, removing the Challan, NOC, etc. to be borne by the buyer. 6. Company holds no responsibility for RTO-related delays/issues post-handover. 7.
