The release shall be managed by the buyer themselves , who will take responsibility for completing all required documents. 5.All documentation and ownership transfer formalities, removing the Challan, NOC, etc. to be borne by the buyer. 6.Company holds no responsibility for RTO-related delays/issues post-handover. 7.Ownership of the vehicle to be transferred within 90 days from the day of lifting.
